| "Once again, the Rutanians cannot make progress without conflict. Seeing as they are our neighbors, I believe it is our duty as Beluzians to get involved. There is a war within the nation between two coalitions. One coalition seeks to establish a monarchy and the other wants to abolish any hope of such a thing. We have received a request by the Whig Party to join them in this conflict. I say we shouldn't. Freedom cannot be ensured as long as a monarchist rules over it's people. A true Beluzian would agree. I come to this Congress today to ask for an official response. We need to be involved. It is imperative. It is a matter of national security. I am calling for military action against the Whig Party, and I trust that Congress will see things my way. The President should be our commander in chief in this conflict.
