| This bill would would create the Luthori Genocide Tribunal (LGT). The Tribunal would be given the power and the mandate to investigate the crimes against Humanity committed by certain persons during the reign of terror initiated by Neil Patrick Harris of the WCP. Depending on the severity of the crimes committed by each person brought before the Tribunal, on a case by case basis the LGT will establish an appropriate punishment, and carry it out. The Death Penalty will be allowed to be imposed as a punishment at the LGT's discretion. We will amend our laws if necessary, but only for the duration of the Tribunal. Some of the people indicted by the Tribunal may have fled Luthori; the LGT is empowered and mandated to seek them out internationally, and bring them back to stand trial. |

| Message | We can not vote for a tribunal who punishes on the basis of laws adopted post facto. We can not vote for a tribunal who sentences people to death. The whole bill is not only anti-Christian, but it' s against everything our Empire stands for. The Conservative Party is not against the creation of such a tribunal, but such an institution can not act on the basis of post facto laws if we do not the "rule of law" to become a concept devoid of meaning. |
