| When asked for further evidence, conditions of detention, torture legality and legal representation, the foreign ministry of New Endralon replied with the following: "Dear Mr. Brown, The government of New Endralon will not be deporting this man back to Baltusia. He has committed crimes in New Endralon and will be tried in New Endralon. Regarding torture, this coming decree will legalize torture. If law enforcement deems it nescessary, we will torture this man to extract information. Istalia have additionally informed me that they are working with nations such as Trigunia, Dolgaristan and Egelion who have assured us that they have our backing.
