| My friends in the house, I have been authorized to tell you about the future plans we hold. This will be separated into 2 parts one will be general and one would be about a plan if the New Endralon situation triggers a war. New Endralon I and President Samson Moriarty have authorized special training in all are sector of our military for Endralon climate. I personally believe that if Endralon situation did trigger into war we will fight on the offensive and we need to train for such. I do not believe i can into much detail in a public form ut i can assure you that me and my generals are hard at work. General I will ask the House to both give the military and the ministry of Science and Technology so that we could develop better military technology to modernize our military. I think this is a necessary if we want a safe nation. I do not know what to defund but i do not think raising taxes would be good I am just making a request. | Message | I don't think a war will break out betwen Baltusia and New Endralon, nor do I want a war with any nation. But the possibility of a war is still there, regardless of which nation is the biggest threat right now. I support inceasing military and research spending, to strengthen our defence in the unlikely event of a war. This is good for our nation irrespective of if we have a diplomatic crisis going on or not. I do not want a war with any nation and I support increasing military spending only because I want to make sure Baltusia can defend itself successfully in case of a war, regardless of which nation is attacking. |

I need to make sure that our military is prepared for the worst case senecio of war and the most likely proponent at this time is New Endralon. We must have a relevent defence policy to fully protect our nation, and war is the last resort for this government.
