Message | For Malivia ,our focus after gaining the seat is to enhance role play within particracy itself and also form an organization for security council members. Work alongwith the moderators and see if we can have an appointment of nation masters for each nation that list the security council seat bid to temporarily sit on the council of which 3 will have voting power in critical war decision making times We will seek to revive the particracy forum with various activities and looking at various strategies to get all nations involved. Also, Malivia will seek to come up with a Simulation that can assist in in times of war and various sporting competitions to determine winners and losers. Also we will seek to establish an International Court Of Justice to which temporary security seat members will vote for states 6 member states to act as judges in the court of which 2 will come from rich countries, 2 from middle I come countries and 2 from poor countries. Moreover development a role play charter to which all members can agree upon pertaining to areas of war, trade and human rights. |

Message | I hereby move this bill to be archived as parts of the minutes of this parliament and nation's history given my long tenure as finance minister and that this bill is testament to the leadership of the ULP on matters of good governance and ensuring Malivia moves forward. Honourable members, fir the record, though we have not achieved our target in securing the seat, under my tenure as President and Foreign Affairs Minister, we have seen Malivia votes moved from 0 to 7 ad possibly 8 in seeking to secure this seat and is now top 3 contender from not being a real contender at all in this process. My political party will like to thank those involved in the process who made this possible. |

Random fact: Moderation reserves the discretion to declare RP laws invalid if the players supporting them are doing so in an excessively confrontational way. |
