Bill: Pollution Prevention Guidelines Act (PPGA-Bill)
Details
Submitted by[?]: Social Democrat Alliance
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 4196
Description[?]:
Mr. Speaker, We have been scanning through the legislation that is in effect in our nation. We have found something very strange. Our parliament has already debated pollution prevention guidelines. However, our current government provides pollution prevention guidelines, but does not enforce them! We have spent thousands of taxpayers money on those guidelines, without enforcing them. It’s a dead letter. We propose that we finally enforce the guidelines that are already in place. We understand that some companies are not yet prepared for ecological legislation, so we propose only mild regulations to be put in place. We don’t want to stop entrepreneurship. We want companies that actively protect the environment and contribute in their own way to protecting the world we all live in. We hope that other parties can support us in this. The SDA |
