Message | Our party feels that legal representation, in order to ensure that it is completely unbiased, must be handled and financed exclusively by the state. Although richer people can afford to have their own lawyers, they can also afford to pay them exorbitant amounts of money to bring up irrelevant evidence and constantly put appeals on top of appeals, which slows down the rate at which cases are processed. There is also a chance of dishonest lawyers fabricating evidence or information in order to appease their wealthy clientele. |
