| For the upcoming century, we proposed a government-funded 42nd centennial new year celebration. This will benefit tourism for the next century and also to prioritize it too. To the Minister of Environment and Tourism, we humbly request your participation to endorse this type of celebration for our folks to enjoy and for the foreigners to be encouraged to come and witness this world-class spectacular century-end celebration. To the Minister of Finance, we will collaborate together with our Finace Commisariat of our party to pay the expenses of this celebration. The Finance Commisariat has set aside 100,000,000 MCR. To the Minister of Defense, we humbly request your cooperation to keep out illegal drug sellers (drugs that aren't recommendee by the nation's drug list to be legal, OOC: Just like in US), kidnappers and other potential harms that can be present during the activities. In behalf of the President, we will be asking the participation of the largest companies of Terra, SekoCola and ArtaCola Corporation and also the Hyperion Corporation that is associated with the Blackshirts.
