We, the Malivian Socialist Party propose this bill for the creation of The Office of the House Speaker and The Office of the President of the Parliament. Section One: The Office of the House Speaker 1. The House Speaker is elected to a four year term. 2. The House Speaker pledges to be politically independent to avoid any political bias inside the Parliament. 3. The House Speaker manages and administrates the Parliament. |

Message | Isn't the President of Parliament the speaker? Normally the speaker is the person who is fully in charge and presides over parliament. OOC:Given the fact that the President of Malivia can also be a political actor in the executive, I believe that part should be left out. |
