| Members of Congress, Foreign Secretary Brown asked the regime in New Endralon to provide evidence linking our citizen Thomas Wren to terrorist activities by October 4197. We have arrived at that deadline and I can tell you now that no such evidence has been submitted. We are left with no choice other than to ask for the immediate release of Mr Wren into our custody - we must work on the presumption he is innocent as there is no evidence whatsoever to suggest he is guilty and, therefore, is detention is unacceptable. The New Endralonian justice department will then have a further opportunity to provide evidence over the coming months, during which time we will review the position. I also reinforce my previous statement that Baltusia will take any action it deems necessary to protect its citizens both domestically and overseas. Foreign Secretary Brown, will you please relay this information to New Endralon - again giving them a sufficient deadline in which to release Mr Wray. Can you also ask Patricia Grayson to update the World Congress on our actions and why we deem them appropriate. Thank you President Samson Moriarty |

I will demand that New Endralon immediately release Mr Wren nto our custody, and that if they decide not to, we will take any action that we deem necessary to protect and serve our citizens. New Endralon will be given a short, yet sufficient amount of time to reply- around February of next year, and then we shall review our position. | Message | Firstly I would like to address the Baltusian People's Party- This government is exhausting all diplomatic options available to us and we are working to avoid conflict at all cost. I am an experienced diplomat, Baltusia has a strong history of resolving difficult international issues through diplomacy and not through conflict, and of course will be careful to ensure the safety and security of our nation. However, what I will not do is make it appear that Baltusia is weak and willing to bow to foreign nations- We most certainly are not. We must assert that we protect our people, and will use whatever action the President and this government deem necessary to protect our citizens. We should remain careful and vigilant, but assert our principals. Regarding Pascal Kindler's decision to jet off to New Endralon. I have absolutely no objection to Mr Kindler visiting New Endralon prior to the February deadline, however let me be clear- anything he proposes, is not official government policy and anything Mr Kindler proposes should be run past the government.
