| Lorenzo Verhoeven, President of the Republic: "Hon. MPs, You said that the Government didn't do anything to face the emergency and the wantunian situation, but the facts completely overwhelm any argument against the Government. The Anarchist Fighting Nucleus are almost disbanded and most part of its member are already under the custody of the justice and even more will be find and brought him to justice and it is more than an year that no terrorist attack hits the Nation. And now, I'm presenting you a serious measure to manage the wantunian scandal. I'm conscious that the Government cannot allow that our companies commit themself into an ignoble market, even indirectly. Given the fact that currently many Boards of the Directors and ownerships are engaged with the justice, I think it's time that the Government will take controle temporary of the economic operations in Wantuni, so, of the Wantunian branches of our companies. But currently, you should understand that the situation in Wantuni is quite complicated: we have not to do with some branches or subsidiaries of national companies, we have to manage pratically a State in a nation without state! Virtually all the wantunian region of Mossavi is pratically a nation a part government by a conglomerate of istalian companies and local authorities. Our companies in Wantuni operate not only like economic subject, but also territorial and political. For this reasons, we need of a management even more complicated than a simple economic management. For these reasons I decided to put all the Wantunian Branches under the control of the Istalian Armed Forces. The Armed Forces will act like a Military Extraordinary Administration for the local Branches of national companies which however will not lose the ownership of their activities. The ownerships of the involved companies will continue to collect the revenues of their wantunian operations but a 10% of these revenues will be by the Military Authorities to support part of the mission. In fact, this will be like a mission, which the send of an expeditionary forces in Wantuni which will take control of the areas under the administration of our companies and which will be able to fight directly the Revolutionary Front at their home to destroy definitely the menace. Furthermore, the Military Extraordinary Administration (MEA) will assure the cutting of all the relations between istalian activities and local activities which made use of the slavery and we can assure that no relations will exist between the MEA and the Eilomax. The only agreement will be that Eilomax will give us the authorization to operate in the rest of the wantunian territories against the Revolutionary Front and that neither of us will engage against the other. For the rest, this Government reaffirm its decision to not operate with Eilomax and recognize it, but we need at least an agreement for the good of the istalian operations in Wantuni. Thank you."
