This is a bill to authorize international RP between Istalia and Kalopia/Wantuni, in accordance to rule 23.1.

The international RP between the two nations will have the following potential consequences:

1. Expansion of Istalian companies on the territory of Kalopia/Wantuni;

2. Social and economic unrest in Kalopia/Wantuni;

3. Possible re-establishment of a government and state in Kalopia/Wantuni.

Since direct RP interaction between players and parties in the two nations will be minimal, the RP will not have a pre-specified result should one or more of the players involved become inactive. In that case RP will continue as usual, with the assumption that a number of Istalian companies retain economic and political control over areas in Kalopia/Wantuni, unless otherwise agreed by players in both nations.

In order to pass this bill needs to be approved by a 2/3rds majority of all players with seats and over 50% of the seats in the legislature.
