| Members of Congress, We welcome the election of Valentine Perkins as the new President and look forward to working with her to bring stability to this country and in combatting the communist menace, which is rising again. However, as the only true conservative party in the country it is only right and proper that we set out our new manifesto here. Whilst we will never advocate the extremist views of the former National Party, there are some traditional areas of society that we feel we cannot compromise on: a ban on abortion and euthanasia, freedom to express religious views and the need to promote family values. We also advocate the need to move more towards a capitalist market and smaller government and the de-regulation of environmental red tape. We also believe in true patriotism - single citizenship and a passion for our traditions, like singing the national anthem. Security must also be paramount and we should back our military and police to the hilt. We, therefore, set out our manifesto for a new era of politics as we approach the 42nd century.
