Overview (Command and Control)
The Federal Defense will be known as the Armed Forces of Dorvik (Dundorfian: Streitkräfte der Dorvik), it will likewise be known as the Federal Armed Forces (Dundorfian: Bundeswehr). The terms are meant to be used interchangeably. The President of the Federal Republic of Dorvik will serve as the Supreme Commander-in-Chief (Dundorfian: Oberbefehlshaber) of the Federal Armed Forces. The civilian command and control of the Federal Armed Forces will be the Federal Ministry of Defense, the Federal Minister of Defense as its executive.

Militarily the Tripartisan Supreme Command will be transformed in the Federal General Inspectorate (Dudnorfian: Bundesgeneralinspektion), the Federal General Inspectorate will be headed by an appointed Inspector-General of the Federal Armed Forces (also known as the Inspector-General of the Federal General Inspectorate). The Federal Armed Forces will have the following branches:

(1) Federal Army (Bundes Landwehr) - Inspector of the Federal Army
(2) Federal Navy (Bundesmarine) - Inspector of the Federal Navy
(3) Federal Air Force (Bundes Luftstreitkräfte) - Inspector of the Federal Air Force
(4) Federal Special Forces (Bundesjäger) - Inspector of the Federal Special Forces
(5) Federal Field Police (Bundesfeldjäger) - Inspector of the Federal Field Police
(6) Federal Military Intelligence Office (Bundesamt für Militärdienst) - General-Director of the Federal Military Intelligence Office

Each of the branches, save the Federal Military Intelligence Office, will have an Inspector appointed by recommendation of the Inspector-General and approval by the Ministry of Defense. The Federal Military Intelligence Office will have an appointed General-Director recommended by the Inspector-General and Minister of Defense and approved by the Federal Assembly.

The Federal Security Council (Dundorfian: Bundessicherheitsrat) will be the primary organization for advisement to the President, the Federal Chancellor and members of the government regarding security and defense matters. The head of the Federal Security Council will be the State Secretary for the Federal Security Council, the de jure head of the Federal Security Council will be the President. The Federal Security Council will compose the following members:

Rank structure, Waffenfabre of the Dorvish Armed Forces is carried over. The approval promotion to the rank of General Field Marshal (Generalfeldmarschall) and Grand Admiral (Großadmiral) will only be considered under extraordinary measures or wartime. Orders, medals and other decorations of the Dorvish Armed Forces will be retained and continue to be awarded as per criteria. The Inspector-General will be permitted to pursue military diplomacy as they see fit.

Reformation of the State Customs Administration in the Federal Customs Administration, retaining its previous organization and structure to be placed underneath the Ministry of the Interior.

(2) Dorvish Legislature Police
Carry over the Dorvish Legislature Police and it's leadership position of Captain of the Guard.

MessageOOC: I've always envision some of the more classic language for Dorvik as most of it is rooted in history, for instance the usage of the term Landwehr which were organized in defense of the Dundorfian Reich in place of using Heer.
