| The Nation of Kalopia has descended into complete anarchy. Without a functioning government, terrorism, and various (serious) crimes have exploded throughout the country. Apart from this the country is divided into five various sects, run by local communities. **The Kingdom of Kazulia has been invited to the region of Wantuni to institute a civil administration to replace the current conglomerate of external companies which act as the de facto political system in the country. We propose the establish of the Civil Protectorate of Wantuni, where under the joint the management of a Civil Governate and a Military Governate will be able to re-establish a permanent and firm political and economic system within the region. With the joint cooperation of the Istalian Government (whom is also assisting in the implementation of a firm political and economic system in the nation of Kalopia), it is certain that the main objective of this, that being the re-establishment of a functioning government in Kalopia/Wantuni. **This proposal will see the deployment of 5,000 troops of the Kongeforsvar, specifically Kongelig Landethær (to counter the various warring factions in the region as well as for the establishment of the Military Governate), the deployment of 1,000 civil servants (to establish the Civil Governate charged with political and economic administration/enforcement). ****Note that the overseer of operations in Kalopia shall be known as a Civil Supervisor of Territorial Activities (CSTA). |
