| Whereas the third paragraph of article 13 of the Constitution and article 3 of the "REGULATION OF THE MOTION OF NO CONFIDENCE", we propose early elections. We believe that anticipate the elections is crucial at the moment to know if really the people are accepting the Government's reforms. |

On the other hand, we also think the the ESP leaves little to no room for comprompises when it comes to voting on major Bills. If the ESP convinced that the reforms are supported by the people of our nation they will accept the early election proposal. We will see the governing party's argument before deciding on any action. |
