We, the Malivian Socialist Party propose this bill for the creation of The Office of the House Speaker and the Official Supreme Court of the Free State of Malivia.

Section One: THE OFFICE OF THE HOUSE SPEAKER

subsection 1. The House Speaker is elected to a four-year term.
----------------2. The House Speaker pledges to be politically independent to avoid any political bias inside the Parliament.
----------------3. The House Speaker manages and administrates the Parliament.

SECTION TWO- THE JUDICIARY

1. The supreme court is officially known as the Malivian Supreme Court.

2. The supreme court consists of 11 politically independent judges that serve a lifelong term with a choice of resignation if wanted or requested.

SECTION THREE: POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. The Supreme Court has the highest judiciary powers in the whole country.

2. The Supreme Court is the one that handles the day by day running of regional courts around Malivia.

3. The Supreme Court is the one that can only hold impeachment trials.

SECTION THREE: REGISTRATION OF JUDGES

1. Judges would be appointed by their performance in their duties.

2. The appointment of judges is determined by an evaluation and a test.
