In order to better perfect the new Senate of Rutania we propose adding a few procedural changes as follows. Section 1.1 Presidential Senate appointments may be confirmed with a 2/3 majority vote in the Peoples Assembly Section 1.2 All future procedural changes to the Senate must be approved by a 2/3 majority vote of the Peoples Assembly Section 1.3 The President shall maintain the privilege to appoint senators in addition to the slate of Senators allowed each term, this privilege shall only be allowed if a current senator or Senators reach the mandated retirement age of 90 during a President's -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
