| Message | Mr Speaker, And absolutely OUTRAGEOUS proposal from a so called Conservative party! This bill proposes MAJOR increases in tax, including an utterly immoral taxation of a whopping 7% on ESSENTIAL GOODS. Once upon a time, the Conservative Union and its predecessor the DSU would have called any party who proposed such tax hikes socialists, sometimes communists if they were feeling more boisterous. And now look; the "Conservative Union" has become a big-government party in every sense of the world with little regard for its once conservative economic policies.
