| This bill will decriminalise and liberalise the use of cannabis. Alongside the primary article of this bill, the following regulatory and taxation articles will be included: Article 2: The percentage of tetrahydrocannabinol, THC, in legal cannabis will not exceed 8%. Note this will not affect the percentage of THC in medicinally approved cannabis as per current law. Article 3: Cannabis will be taxed as a luxury good, at 33%.
