We see absolutely no reason for the government to register the " race " of an individual. What's the added value of this information?

MessageMr Speaker,

We see absolutely no reason why RELIGION should be registered; surely this is even MORE irrelevant, plus unlike race which is a fact, many people don't identify as any religion, and don't' even identify as atheist or agnostic, I Myself being somewhere between Agnosticism and Theism. Plus religions change over time. We could respect this bill if it did not force our citizens to register as a religion.

MessageSpeaker,

We chose for registration of religion as we expected Conservative parties to protest against no registration at all. This was a compromise. If you have other plans, then please propose them.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".
