| This bill will officially recognize Anton Holjoecki day as a solemn day. Elected officials and party officials will officially observe the day with a sense of dignity while acting in their official capacity. Private citizens may celebrate the day as they see fit. Elected officials and party officials may also observe the day in a manner of their choosing as long as it is done in their capacity as a private citizen and not an elected or party official. |
