I would like propose you to use this new flag. Well... not at all a "new" flag, just a flag a little bigger and with the central coat of arms more definite.

I know, it is static and is not a gif, but I found only a program which with a single photo create a gif, but it works under payement :/

If you know or have programs or site which animate a photo, you are free to try, in fact I like the animated flag in effect, but currently I don't know how to animate it.

Message	OOC: I support. Also, I think we should absolutely keep it as a normal picture, not a GIF. Having a GIF as the national flag is a little corny in my opinion. Only 2 other countries does it, and with good reason. It just doesn't look good (no offense to its creator).
