| The Federal Intelligence Agency will be divided into two new organizations, the first being the Foreign Intelligence Service (Auslandsnachrichtendienst, AND) with a General-Director who is appointed by the President of the Federal Republic of Dorvik and the Minister of Defense with confirmation of the Federal Assembly. The Foreign Intelligence Service will be responsible for all operations outside of the Dorvish state in regards to intelligence operations, gathering and other associated activities. The second being the Federal Security Service (Bundessicherheitsdienst. BSD) which will be responsible for all domestic counter-intelligence activities and will act as the primary counter-terrorism unit of the Dorvish state, both internally and externally if necessary. It will control the sphere of all counter-intelligence and counter-terrorism operations internally. The Federal Security Service will be headed by the Federal Security Director who is appointed by the President of the Federal Republic of Dorvik and the Minister of the Interior (or Minister of Internal Affairs) with a confirmation by the Federal Assembly. The recently created Federal Military Intelligence Office will transform into the Military Intelligence Service and will serve underneath the Federal General Inspectorate and will have an appointed General-Director appointed by the Inspector-General of the Armed Forces of Dorvik. | Message | Herr Scherzinger, Correct, we are replacing the Federal Investigation Agency with something that is better suited for our purposes of securing our borders and ensuring that the highest level of counter-intelligence is being carried out. This is a strategic move. Federal Intelligence Agency will solely be reformed into the Foreign Intelligence Service which is far better suited for our purposes then it currently is. | Message | Herr Borchers, Actually, it won't be. As many of the personnel and locations exist, it will merely be splitting them. It won't actually be costly, it'll be more cost effective as waste will be reduced by having overarching organizations.
