This act of law will re-create the Foreign Economic Council underneath the umbrella of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. The previous account balance of the Foreign Economic Fund remains as it was protected underneath law and it's fund are to be solely for the operations of the Foreign Economic Council. The General-Director of the Foreign Economic Council will be appointed by the Minister of Trade and Industry.
