Message | Speaker, Middle Class families have the financial means to pay for the study of their child or children. That's not the case for low-income families. By cutting the subsidies for the middle class families, we can increase the subsidies for low-income families, thus giving these families and individuals some more money and comfort to succesfully end their studies. Not such a bad thing, right? Hugo Landa |

Message | Mr.Speaker, Even Lower Middle Class Families find it difficult to pay for the higher studies of their children,We believe that only the Rich and Upper Middle Class should be expected to pay from their own pocket,The Government must subsidise the expenses for all other families.
