Following the recent disgusting behaviour of Metzist criminal delinquents, the good people of Trigunia demand urgent action to protect the dignity of the Tsar, his throne, his family and his country. This Act decrees that anybody found guilty of disrespecting the Tsar, his family or the institution of the monarchy should be subject to either an unlimited fine or up to 5 years in jail.
