| The UPB believes that only medical bodies should be able to charge a doctor with malpractice, as they are specialists in the area of medical. They would know better than a judge, or jury, if the patient sustained worse injuries due to malpractice, or if the doctor acted correctly as per the regulations of the medical profession, and the needs of the patient |
