Message | Speaker, It is a good initiative, but we believe that the objectives of this Union are too vague in order for it to be the base of a country's economic policy. " The right balance between economic growth and regulation"? Could you slightly specify these goals? Mark Hagen |

Message | Herr Deputies, Despite the proposal by our coalition partner, this is an ill-fated organization which we cannot agree to. The failure of a defined structure, its impacts on sovereignty and about a dozen other issues flag-up when I read this proposed "International Union". We've got several dozen treaties and treaty organizations dedicated to the preservation of our economy, let us use those then senselessly proposing new ones. Vinitharius von und zu Gießen, SNP Federal Assembly Leader |

Message | Mr Speaker, I don't think any other party is getting this proposal whatsoever. The point of this treaty isn't to be a union like the AU, but instead to be an accord which pushes countries to economic sensibility. How on earth does it infringe on our sovereignty? There are no articles to this bill. And we will only work with other nations to protect jobs and companies from being lost.l Elise Harig Minister of Foreign Affairs Leader of the Pragmatic Party |

Message | Speaker, Maybe I'd rather want it to be like the AU. At least that's less vague. Mark Hagen |
