MessageMr Speaker,

The current government has a majority. So demanding a new one due to a "mandate from the people" is illogical. That said, if all the involved parties in this proposal find it acceptable, we will of course accept relinquishing power. The proposed cabinet is highly ideologically fractured, however, and for this reason we believe Dorvik would be better served by the current one. As such, we oppose this proposal, not because we love power.

MessageSpeaker,

This may be a fractured coalition, but it is also a coalition with the people's approval. We support this proposal.

MessageMr Urquhart,

The people's approval? More people voted for Dorvik First than voted for the GLP, by a mile. And any coalition with a majority of seats and votes has the people's approval. The government lost net 4 seats only last election. The GLP now has as much of a mandate as the left alliance had the election before. In fact, several seats fewer of a mandate.

MessageMrs.Harig,

Please learn what is decency from the president,I am not saying that i did not make any mistake,I realised what i had did and i Am now in This position. Therefore,I request you to learn a lesson or two from President Lehmann,Who,despite vast ideological differences is a person i admire.

And also,Don't count by alliance,Count by individual parties, then you would know who is where,Got it?

MessageMrs Klein,

Counting by individual parties in a country with 8 parties doesn't really work.

MessageMrs.Harig,

Our Party As one Is just 39 Seats behind your alliance our Together,You would remember the times when our total caucus used to be between 30 and 40 Seats,We have grown and you cannot digest it.Thats the Simple Fact.

MessageMrs Klein,

We are able to digest that, certainly. I do hope I'm not coming across as disrespectful, but you have to take seats into account differently in countries like this.

MessageMr Speaker,

We could never work with the far-right SNP; I'm afraid we'll simply have to stick with the present far-right cabinet, which is more ideologically compatible, with all parties sharing a more similar ideology. Today we shall have to stick with the status-quo, next time we can strive for a fairer country. We will look forward to holding the government to account this session.

MessageHerr Representatives,

As usual the "Progressive" Democrats are attempting to tarnish our reputation, it is as almost if the Social Nationalist Party never left and the Progressive Democrats continue to attempt to dismantle Dorvik. It's a shame, but to sully our reputation calling us "far-right" or even the current coalition "far-right" is simply incorrect. The Conservative Union and the Pragmatic Party are surely "right" but to call them far-right? Just a scare tactic.

MessageSpeaker,

I thank the GLP for proposing this coalition, but Miss Klein has apparently forgotten to speak with her proposed partners before she presented this cabinet to the parliament. We will abstain and instead support the KU's proposed cabinet, as it is the best for Dorvik in the current situation.

Random fact: RP laws follow the same passing rules as in-game variable laws. Laws that are not of a constitutional nature require a simple majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. Laws that are of a constitutional nature require a 2/3 majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. RP laws may be abolished a simple majority vote this applies to ANY RP law.
