Bill: Defending Dranland Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Grand National Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 4203
Description[?]:
Mr Speaker, the left-wing government has curtailed the army's capability to defend Dranland in cases of danger to our national security - in order for the doctrine of peace through strength to work, we must not signal to our enemies that we are willing to endure strikes through biological weapons first before we can retaliate in equal measure, and neither should we have to exhaust our arsenal of conventional weaponry before utilizing the deterrent power of the nuclear option. We therefore propose the following changes to do away with the handicaps imposed by legislation sponsered by the NCP, a party which is actively striving for dismantling on the Dranish state and which therefore should not be allowed to define defence policy under any circumstances. Lucretia Llewellyn-Evans MLC Leader of the Opposition |

Message | Dear Speaker, Actually, we will support this policy. If a civil war breaks out, we want Kyo Generals sympathetic to our cause to have the legal ability to glass our foreign enemies. The NCP members who supported the old policy are no longer in control of NCP. Signed Sung Dae Kim, Brother of Sung Joo-Wong |
