Bill: National Unity Coalition, Emergency Taxation Plan & Emergency Job Fund Program

Details

Submitted by[?]: Trzykrnadrkjogadsrlji Bltmojad

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 4204

Description[?]:

An economic crisis is gripping the world ever more tightly, one of Vanuku's prime economic trade partners in the Third World, New Verham, has practically collapsed. We must put aside our differences and work together not for our own political gain but for the economic gain of the nation. With this proposal the Crown Party vouches to abandon the restoration of the monarchy for the duration of this crisis, even though cries for the return of the monarch increase as people are losing their jobs, but we expect the Republicans to be more lenient in their approach and to open up for proposals they would otherwise not approve of; for the nation and the people.

Furthermore, this tax plan greatly reduces taxes on all goods. By keeping the prices lower we estimate that people can maintain the normal standard of living, and because they keep buying stuff our economy might balance out a bit before the eventual crash.

On a last note we also propose an Emergency Job Fund Program by taking a significant amount of money from the Infrastructure and Transport industry and starting road works across the nation, improving old roads and widening newer roads.

We hope the Republicans agree.
