We beleive that these issues should be delegated to a local level

The Federal Code will be amended as follows:
Article 7.2
(g) The use of cannabis for medicinal purposes
(h) The recreational drug use
(i) Gambling
(j) Salary cap
(k) Application of the death penalty
(l) Regulation of whaling
(m) Keeping wild animals as pets
(n) Animal welfare and livestock farming
(o) Rent regulation

Article 8.2 will be replaced by the following:
Artice 8.2 The Local government can decide on the funding the followng:
(a) Sport clubs
(b) Public transport
