It is our belief that if letter's confidentiality is a right entitled to all citizen in this country, the justice departement should have the right to overcome this confidentiality in very particular circonctances, as if national security is threatened or if this letters are needed to discover the truth in a corruption affair for example. We ask that Judges are granted back their power. |
