MessageWe would support cuts to this effect, though would prefer it if these cuts were spread across things like Science and Technology, Infrastructure and Transport, Internal Affairs... We consider cuts to Education, Health and Trade and Industry (and of course in these tough times Defence) to be off-limits as long as high spending exists for other, less vital services. We would also be cautious not to cut Finance too much, as this may make things worse.

We also left a small surplus with this spending budget in order to allow for possible tax cuts to the poor, but there is little tax there anyway and we would support the use of those funds on Defence and our military industry as long as this crisis stands.

Alternatively a small defecit would be manageable.
