| Proposing a Cabinet: I hereby propose this new cabinet based on the following grounds: This cabinet reshuffle is due to the inability of the Minister of Finance to fully execute his duties based on the provisions of this Act http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=514665 and thus a reshuffle can be proposed based on section 4 of this act due to the non-performance of the minister. Also, the creation of this reshuffle is due to the recent economic crisis role play http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=7247 to which as Foreign Affairs Minister I was informed by the President that he received such invitation of the moderator to participate in http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7218&start=0 Moreover, because this economic crisis role play is critical, in that those who participate will see an improvement in their state economic performance and ranking which speaks to the hard work involved, I believe that since I am the main active party and one with a lot of experience in affairs of governance, I shall take up the portfolio as Finance Minister That being said, this reshuffle will see the current Minister of finance, taking up the prestigious positions of Foreign Affairs Minister to which can still give him access to participate in the role play If this reshuffle bill is passed, one of my first act as minister of Finance will be to create an Economic recovery strategic Committee that will comprise of the Head of State, Head of Government, Minister of Trade and Industry, Foreign Affairs Minister, Internal Affairs Minister, the Governor of the Central bank and his team and myself as Minister of finance that will coordinate the recovery effort. Also, I will bring a budget bill proposal to parliament to avert further crisis How we handle the economic recovery can determine how far we rise in economic ranking globally. If we stay out, we will not get any points. |
