Bill: Gated Community Act of 4205
Details
Submitted by[?]: Dorvische Allianz für Freiheit
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 4206
Description[?]:
Speaker, The DAF sees no reason to allow individuals from barring themselves from the rest of society by putting a fence between them and the world in which they live. This legal way of segregation only stimulates the rich and powerful to live in their own bubble, not having to deal with the commoners living next to them, which only increases the divide between the rich and the poor. Dorvik is more than safe enough, these people don't need fences. |
Proposals
Article 1

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
