Bill: Armed Forces Review Act of June 4206

Details

Submitted by[?]: New Triumph

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 4207

Description[?]:

Given that New Triumph is now the junior partner in this coalition government, and that New Triumph has taken up the defence brief, we must reform aspects of the armed forces which we believe erode the moral standards of Luthori, as well as allowing our armed forces to take any measures necessary on the battlefield to ensure the safety of the people of this great nation.

This means that we must allow the full and unrestricted use of land mines, that we do not adhere ourselves to international treaties regarding treatment of prisoners of war, that we ensure Luthorian women are at home to raise our children, and finally that the state takes control of all defence industries, so as to better co-ordinate development and production.

Random quote: "The problem is big government. If whoever controls government can impose his way upon you, you have to fight constantly to prevent the control from being harmful. With small, limited government, it doesn't much matter who controls it, because it can't do you much harm." - Harry Browne
