This act aims to tackle important national and public security issues. Article 1: A civilian police force is in place and the military may be called in to help in serious emergencies. This will let police forces and civil defence officers to call for the military to help cope with serious emergencies. Article 2: There are laws against the publication of false information and hate speech. Both historic and recent events prove that publication of false information and hate speech constitutes a grave danger to the national and public security, and are the first step toward genocide and other heavy crimes against humanity. Article 3: All citizens are required to carry state-issued ID cards with them at all times. This is requered to ensure police officers are able to identify any citizen if necessary to catch wanted criminals more quickly. |
