In the name of God, the compassionate, the merciful: The people cry out for freedom from this Baathist state's slavery. This bill also carries a new corporate tax. Corporations must still pay 50% to the national government, but there will be an additional 25% tax to be paid to the muhafazah, so that they can fund their own programmes and have financial independence from Dar al Badara. |
