| 'IZZ MJANN HADDASHT ACT (MIGHTY SHIELD REFORM ACT) This Private Member's Bill is endorsed by the political party Soldatkaren for Cildania. The sitting member introducing the bill does not belong to the party. SECTION 1. TITLE 1.a. This bill may be referred to as the "Mighty Shield Reform Act." 1.b. This bill's formal title is the " 'Izz Mjann Haddasht Act." SECTION 2. INNOVATION IN DEFENSE INDUSTRY 2.a. Private companies may engage in production or services related to the defense of the nation. 2.b. The Cildanian Armed Forces and Ministry of Defense are required to hold public bids for all projects. 2.b.i. Exemptions for projects classified as "secret" or above, as ruled by a judicial arbitrator. 2.b.ii. Only companies deemed in 'good standing' with the Republic may be awarded bids. 2.c. Companies shall be deemed in 'good standing,' 'neutral standing,' or 'poor standing' by the Ministry of Defense. 2.d. Companies in 'poor standing' for longer than one year in duration will have their assets seized by the Republic. |

| Message | Thank you for your efforts in this bill but it is against everything that the good people of cildania stands for. You can't treat prisoners of war as you like, one shouldn't be of a particular race or religion to serve in the military, the most important thing is that you are a patriotic citizen of Cildania and no one should be forced to serve in the military. |
