We have to change the laws regariding our energy production. The whole power grid and the power production should be handed back in the hands of the state, to ensure equality in the industry. Both for the goods of the people and for the state.

Message"By this you must mean poorly run, unreliable service, low wages due to lack of profit and investment, little to no revenue generated in the form of taxes, etc" - Actually, I'm sure it would be closer to; efficiently operated, reliable service, high competitive wages (have you ever looked at public sector wage rates, or at least their pension schemes) due to high levels of direct investment through the guarantee of all profits being spent on the industry without the requirement to pay shareholders.

Articles 1 and 2 we can support, though we prefer our own position in a previous bill, however the allowance of operating private companies to provide the energy to the public, with regulations to guarantee service provision, would allow for the best of both worlds (competitive pricing for the public to choose from and high quality service due to regulations).
