RELIGIOUS PURITY IN SERVICE ACT The Senate of the Republic of Cildania hereby rules that: SECTION 1. TITLE 1.a. This bill shall be referred to as the "Religious Purity in Service Act." SECTION 2. EXCLUSION OF RELIGIOUS GROUPS FROM SERVICE 2.a. Any citizen who is a member of the Abadism subset of the Ahmadism faith is hereby banned from employment with the Ministry of Defense. 2.b. Any citizen who is irreligious is hereby banned from holding a position of command within the Cildanian Armed Forces. 2.c. Any citizen of the Abadism subset of the Ahmadism faith or who is irreligious is hereby excluded from current mandatory military service on religious grounds. |
