MessageSimone Terragni, LP:

"What is it this? Automatic support of the courts? For what reason? And why the workers are always right? For what kind of principles?
And we cannot accept statement which said that the system is again the workers! Istalia laws provides thr highest level of protection and recognize the highest rights to our citizens!

In fact our laws provide that:

Public and private sector employees have the right to collectively bargain.
The government obligates trade unions and employers to negotiate the daily number of worker hours.
Employers cannot fire workwrs who have gone in strike.
Trade unions may exist and the membership is voluntary.
Any trade union can go on a sympathy strike in support of other striking workers.
All workers have the right to strike but certain categories of workers regarded as critical to society have to ensure a minimal service.
