MessageHow on one hand you make a proposal to outlaw titles of nobility while also proposing nobility titles and minor rights?

MessageThe second article is made to hinder their acquisition if they were reactivated as I say in the description.

MessageI don't think you get what I'm saying. What I see in this bill is where for example on one hand you outlaw sale of guns but on the other hand you recognize gun ownership.

The first proposal forbids the granting of nobility titles but the second proposal actually encourages nobility titles as it confers titles and minor political rights onto nobles.

If you forbid something, it cannot be approved.

MessageI'd agree with the second article, but I think there is some value in keeping minor titles, so I won't support the first article. And, agreeing with the Unity Labour Party, the second article can't exist if the first change is made; titles can't grant any rights if they are not possible to attain.
