This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

We the ULP hereby propose a new government. The top priority and mandate of this government t will be to deal with the economic crisis by doing the following:

(1) Banking Reform Act- Which will see new banking regulations in place to prevent the monopolisation of Banks and also to prevent predatory loan financing to prevent future economic crisis. Also he said he will see that the central bank work together with commercial banks to cut interest rate as low as 2% so as to give people a chance to access loans giving priority to small and large businesses.

(2) Expansion of government welfare to assist poor large families

(3) To work with the private sector along with the central bank to cut inflation rate by 5% but using contracting banking policies in releasing less currency into the market

(4) The establishment of an Economic Recovery Committee consisting of the President, Minister of Finance, Trade and Industry minister, The Prime Minister, The CEO of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce/ Private Sector businesses, Presidents of the two major Trade Unions and the Governor of the Central Bank and his team

(5) Will see government giving concessions to small businesses and government guaranteeing loans for those interested in setting up small businesses so as to encourage those leaving the school system to get involved in business

(6) The Construction of a new Geothermal energy plant that will see Malivia's energy demands met by renewable sources by 80% as 10% is already through hydro which will cut energy cost by 30% over five years

(7) A Massive Tax Reform that will see taxes for low income earners being as low as 2% , tax cuts by 7% for middle-income earners and tax cuts by 4% for high-income earners while little tax increase for very high income earners. However it will see the introduction of a VAT system( Value Aded Tax) at 16% on goods and services

(9) it will see government prioritizing and increasing spending in trade and industry, tourism and infrastructure, infrastructure , less regulation for industries and giving the free market more space to thrive.

(10)An act to criminalise those within the private sector that encourage bad business practices such as predatory spending and loans, fraud and ponzy schemes.
