From | Hosian Civic Union | To | Debating the RP: National Debt Clock | Message | Strange as it may seem the recent Economic Aid Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=530724) has caused the debt to drop by about 70%. In one more year the debt will be cleared due the collosal surplus we are now running.
We therefore need to either raise spending or lower taxes to stop depressing the economy. The UPP believe the latter option is more preferable but we will be proposing both options to see what legislators think. |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
