Message | I propose we pass this but not now we should at least keep the current budget for 2 years to give the economy the time to fully stabilize and fully consume the stimulus package we provided. As to why I haven't changed Science and Technology it is simple. Do you need a space craft if you don't even have a car factory? OOC Aka Lets get better ranked then we can say we have the expertise to be able to do real technological advancement. |
