| Rachele Delfina, Whip of the Confederazione Capitalista, introduces the following proposal: Whereas the Right to Freedom of Speech must not be infringed; Whereas the Interference of the State with Elections infringes upon the Freedom of Speech; and Whereas a large Plurality of recently polled Istalians favor the end to Public Financing of Campaigns; Therefore, be it enacted by the Camera dei Deputati: -Campaigns are never publicly financed. |
