According to the law in effect "There are certain restrictions on the sale of tobacco and only adults may purchase tobacco."

From now on certain restrictions will mean: only places that obtain agovernment permit can sale tobacco products. There is no restriction on the type of place that can obtain a permit, only that it cannot be in the 300 meters vicinity of any official place mainly attended by minors (eg: schools, kindergartens, etc.)
